Took good care of us and made excellent accomadations

Wendy is so knowledgeable and patient. She worked very hard to give us the vacation we wanted. She made good suggestions, was helpful in every way, printed out maps and directions, gave personal advice which was valuable, did everything right in getting our Amtrak and cruise tickets, etc and excursions. She's so friendly and professional, and even arranged a parking lot for our car while we were gone! I referred to her instructions everyday. We've had awesome vacations before and this ranks up there with them. Can't thank her enough!
