Pricing for these other rooms is subject to availability.  All triple/quad occupancy rates are subject to change until deposits are made.  Triple and Quad rate staterooms are also subject to more limited availability and should be booked and under full deposit as soon as possible to make sure the space is available.  Deposit for triple or quad rooms is $250 per traveler.  Royal Caribbean reserves the right to impose an additional fuel surcharge, should the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceed $65 per barrel.

About our Ship:  The Liberty of the Seas is an exciting ship, and this is a special itinerary.  Booking early will help guarantee the best room location on the ship.   Sized at just under a whopping155,000 Gross tons, she’s large enough for all the great activities Royal Caribbean is known for, but not so large you get lost!  Onboard there are additional activities, entertainment venues, and special features only this ship can offer.  Sailing year round from Galveston, the Liberty is a great enhancement for our Gulf Coast cruises.

What is included?

This Duke Mason package is a complete “Cruise package”.  All prices are per person and includes your: Shipboard room accommodations in your room choice; cruise personnel gratuities, cruise taxes and fees; most meals onboard; shipboard entertainment and activities; Coffee; tea; water; milk; and select juices; (3) Admissions for the Duke Mason/Barbara Fairchild/Roy Morris performances onboard the ship.

Soda, alcoholic beverages, specialty coffee, and fresh squeezed juices are available for purchase.  Room accommodations are available in standard inside staterooms, ocean view, and balcony staterooms.  Suites, or other rooms outside our group space are available on request.

What’s not included? 

Airfare, hotel, and cruise transfer options will be announced later in 2018.  Those items are additional costs.  Also extra are:  travel insurance; airline luggage fees; meals off the cruise ship; any specialty dinner restaurants onboard your ship; optional sightseeing tours/excursions in the ship’s ports of call; items of personal nature; and passport fees.

Passport Requirements:

We recommend you have a valid passport for this cruise.  However, United States Citizens can travel on this cruise with a State Issued Birth Certificate along with a Government Issued Photo ID (Driver’s license).  If you already have a passport, please make sure it will not expire prior to February 10, 2019.  Your passport will be good for 10 years from the date of issue.  If you are not a US Citizen, please contact GalaxSea Cruises & Tours for the required documents.  It is possible that a passport or another form of REAL ID will be required for airline travel.  Please check with GalaxSea prior to purchasing your air tickets for required documentation.

Travel Protection Insurance:

Travel insurance is available to protect you and your vacation costs.  Our comprehensive plan includes protection for cancellation fees, travel delays, lost/delayed baggage, medical reimbursement, emergency evacuation, and 24 hour emergency assistance service.  A description of coverage will be included with your travel documents.  To receive a copy before departure, please contact GalaxSea Cruises & Tours.  This travel protection plan is administered by Travel Guard.  Further details and insurance costs are available on the Consumer Terms page of this flyer.

How Do I Sign Up?

Reservations are being accepted now and are sold first-come, first-served.  Space is limited on our group prices.  Check, cash, money order, and most major credit cards are accepted for your deposit of $250.00 per person.  Once your deposit is made, a letter will be sent confirming your space.  Legal names are required as they appear on your passport (or driver’s license), along with date of birth, telephone number, and mailing address.  Additional payments will be due at later intervals, a schedule or payment dates will be announced in 2018.  For your convenience a reservation form is enclosed for you to complete and mail with your payment.  You may copy this flyer for your friends or family.

Payment Schedule:

Your deposit of $250 per person double occupancy is required at the time you make your reservation.  Space is limited on our group rooms, so please join before it’s too late.  It is possible that taxes and gratuities may increase for travel in 2019, so lock in your price now and pay your deposit.   If you book after the price change, you’ll be charged any difference.  Book now, lock in your rate!  Additional payments and a payment schedule will be announced for this trip in May, 2018.  The final balance for your package is due by November 1, 2018.  Monthly payment plans are available. 

 

Consumer Terms and Conditions

GalaxSea Cruises & Tours, Duke Mason and Band Members, Barbara Fairchild, and Roy Morris, are acting as a mere agent for the Cruise, Airline, Hotel, and Transportation SUPPLIERS in selling these travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by GalaxSea Cruises & Tours or the other “parties” listed.  These parties, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your companions or group members.  Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in schedule, or handling of personal effects.

These parties shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of their control.  These parties are not responsible for cancellation of any service/s and or refunds from any supplier or carrier that may cease operations.

Traveler is herby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.  Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part and is expected to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

Cancellation Penalties/Fees:

After July 1, 2018                              $50 per person administration fee, plus any non-refundable services

After September 30, 2018                 $250 per person, plus any non-refundable services

After November 01, 2018                  100% penalty, per person, plus any non-refundable services

Travel Protection Insurance is available for purchase on your package.  Cancellation fees are charged regardless of your reason to cancel.  Our comprehensive travel insurance plan is offered thru Travel Guard Insurance Services.  This plan is designed to help protect you and your vacation investment.  Our plan includes cancellation coverage, baggage coverage, and medical coverage.  To purchase this insurance plan your premium should be paid at time of deposit.  However, you may add the plan up until final payment (November 01, 2018).  Your policy does not go into effect until your premium is paid.  Once purchased this premium is non-refundable.  A description of the policy will be provided with your travel documents.
